Residential Projects

Learn about the current residential projects under the City's review by the City's Planning and Community Design Commission, under building permit review, or under construction. These residential projects primarily involve improvements associated with the construction of residential structures and buildings.  

Residential projects include new homes, residential additions, exterior alterations, accessory structures such as decks, pools, and pergolas, and variations from the City's fencing regulations.  Residential projects also include the subdividing or adjusting the boundaries of existing residential property.

Helpful Terms: A majority of residential projects in Olivette will also have a zoning designation consisting of "SR" Single Family Residential, "PASF" Planned Attached Single Family Residential, and "AR" Attached Single Family Residential.
