Southwest Olive/I-170 Redevelopment

The City of Olivette, Missouri published a request for proposals (RFP) for the redevelopment of an area comprising approximately 15 acres located at the southwest corner of the Olive Boulevard and I-170 interchange, extending all the way to Price Road.

The City reviewed two project proposals from qualified developers interested in accomplishing the redevelopment of all 15 acres for a comprehensive mixed use development, including a mixture of office, retail, entertainment, hospitality and residential uses. 

After an extensive review process, the Olivette City Council named the Sansone Group (Greenway Pointe proposal), as the preferred developer for the area at the August 14, 2007 City Council meeting.
