The City Clerk keeps a journal of council proceedings, authenticates all ordinances and resolutions, and maintains same as public records. The City Clerk attests to all official acts of the city, administers oaths, and performs such other duties as may be required by law, the City Charter, or as directed by the City Council and City Manager.
The City Clerk also serves as the Human Resources Administrator for all employees of the City of Olivette.
