The City of Olivette Parks and Recreation

Olivette Park Information

With the help of the Department of Natural Resources' Bureau of Outdoor Recreation, Olivette has purchased and designated 80 acres within the City to parks and recreation. As a result, Olivette offers its residents some of the finest parks in the metropolitan area. Each of the City's five parks is clean, safe and well equipped.

The playgrounds are geared to both preschool and elementary school children.

Landscaping and park facilities in Olivette are second to none.

In addition, the City maintains its parks meticulously. The City repairs or replaces broken fixtures almost immediately. Olivette's year-around parks crew works diligently to keep the parks and equipment in top condition. Park planning, landscaping and grounds maintenance are a 12-month process in Olivette.

STACY PARK, 35 acres at 9750 Old Bonhomme, is equipped with a 1-kilometer fitness path, playgrounds, ball fields, pavilion, rest-rooms and barbeque pits. Some 11,000 tulip and jonquil bulbs bloom along the fitness trail, and 375 climbing rose bushes grace park fences.

Stacy Park is host to Olivette's June celebration, Summerfest, and the Summer Band Concerts Series in June, July and August.
