The City of Olivette Parks and Recreation Community Center Rental Rates

                 

FACILITIES:

The Olivette Community Center is a great place to hold your wedding reception, birthday party, family reunion, anniversary party, baby shower, bridal shower, barmitvah’s, business meeting, or any other special event.   The center has two rooms with kitchens, eight meeting rooms.   Each room includes air–conditioned with individual room temperature controls, table and chair set-up and take-down, time to decorate, and ice if requested, free lighted parking, and security officer.

The center utilizes six-foot rectangular tables in all rooms, and has a limited amount of card and round tables available for use.   A piano, TV/VCR, two screens, and podium are also available for rent.   Our center does not provide catering services.

RATES:

A non-refundable rental deposit is due at the time of reservation, with the balance of your rental rate due thirty (30) days prior to your event.   There is also an additional refundable Damage Deposit of One Hundred Fifty Dollars($150.00) that is also due thirty (30) days prior to your event.   If your reservation falls within thirty (30) days of your event, the entire rental fee and damage deposit are due at the time of reservation in either cash, money order or credit card.  

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ABOUT ROOM RENTALS

 

Q.    How many hours is the rental for?

A.   Rentals on the weekends are a five (5) hour min. and Weekends start at 5 p.m. on Friday through 4 p.m. on Sunday.  Additional hours may be added to your rental at an hourly charge.  

Q.   Do you supply table coverings?

A.   Renters supply their own tables coverings and decorations.  

Q.  What type of tables do you have at your facility?

A.   6 ft. long retangular tables, 10 seater & 8 seater round tables, and square card tables.

Q.    Can we bring in alcohol?

A.   Alcohol is permitted.
