WEEDS

Unsightly appearance plus the health and welfare of others are concerns in connection with weeds. All weeds and noxious growths on any residence, lot or parking lot shall be destroyed or cut by the owner or persons in possession of the lot before the same (weeds) shall have grown to the height of ten (10) inches. If you do not remove the weeds yourself, the City, is empowered to do so and assess you for the cost of the removal.
