BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

The Opus Group has submitted a request to redevelop a portion of the Hilltop Woods Subdivision consisting of  23 single-family homes addressed off of Irvington Court and Reyem Court.

The development would encompass 5 acres and contain a 5-story, 207-unit multifamily apartment building.

CURRENT ZONING:  "SR" SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT

PROPOSED ZONING:  "MU" GATEWAY I-170/OLIVE BOULEVARD MIXED-USE GATEWAY DISTRICT

The first step in the review of the redevelopment process begins with Concept Review.  The City's Planning and Community Design Commission is scheduled to initiate Concept Review at their meeting on January 21, 2021.  Attached are the Concept Review request and plans as submitted by the developer.
