Bill #2876 - An Ordinance to approve a Final Subdivision Plat titled "Douglas Lynne". Second Reading.

The proposed ordinance would authorize the recording of subdivision plat for a 2-lot subdivision of the property currently addressed as 9561 Old Bonhomme Road.

Bill #2877 - An Ordinance to repeal and replace Article XVI Accessory Structures and Uses being part of Chapter 400 Zoning Regulations of Title IV Land Use of the Olivette Municipal Code. Second Reading and Public Hearing.

This Bill is scheduled for a second reading and Public Hearing in accordance to the procedures outlined in Article XX Changes and Amendments, being part of Chapter 400 Zoning Regulations of Title IV Land Use of the Olivette Municipal Code.

Bill #2877 has been drafted to update regulations specifically regarding Accessory Structures.

Bill #2878 - An Ordinance to repeal Ordinance #2637, an approval of a Final Subdivision Plat for "Nantucket Lane #3", and replace with a new Ordinance approving a Final Subdivision Plat titled "Nantucket Lane Lot Split Plat". First Reading.

The proposed ordinance would authorize the recording of subdivision plat for a 2-lot subdivision of the property currently addressed as 2 Nantucket Lane.
