Bill #2878 - An Ordinance to repeal Ordinance #2637, an approval of a Final Subdivision Plat for "Nantucket Lane #3", and replace with a new Ordinance approving a Final Subdivision Plat titled "Nantucket Lane Lot Split Plat". Second Reading.

The proposed ordinance would authorize the recording of a subdivision plat for a 2-lot subdivision of the property currently addressed as 2 Nantucket Lane.

Resolution #2019-164 A Resolution Authorizing the Publication of Request for Proposals for the Proposed CIty Center Redevelopment Project

The Council is asked to authorize release of an RFP for the area around and including the old City Hall building.
