Bill #2880 An Ordinance Approving Amendment #1 to the Gateway I-170 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Plan and Making Certain Findings with Request Thereto

The Council is asked to hold a first and second reading of an ordinance approving amendments to the Gateway I-170 Redevelopment Plan

Bill #2881 An Ordinance Approving An Amended and Restated Redevelopment Agreement in Connection with Gateway I-170 Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Plan

The council is asked to hold a first and second reading on an Ordinance approving an amended and restated Agreement in connection with the Gateway I-170 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Plan.

Bill #2882 - An Ordinance to amend Article XII Special Permits and Article XIV Off-Street Parking and Loading, being part of Chapter 400 Zoning Regulations of Title IV Land Use of the Olivette Municipal Code, as it relates to shopping centers, food services, and off-street parking. First Reading

Bill #2882 would amend the procedures as to how special permits are issued for food service establishments in a shopping center, how off-street parking is calculated for shopping centers 50,000 square feet or more, and how occupancy loads are determined for food service establishments.

Bill #2883 - An Ordinance to authorize a Special Permit for a food service establishment at the Olivette Center tenant space addressed as 9616 Olive Boulevard. First Reading

Bill #2883 would authorize the conversion of a 3,204 square foot existing tenant space at the Olivette Center, addressed as 9616 Olive Boulevard, to be converted into a 100 seat restaurant.

Resolution #2019-165 A Resolution Authorizing the Publication of Request for Proposals for the Epstein Hebrew Academy

Resolution #2019-166 A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into an Agreement with Navigate Building Solutions for Project Management Services Related to Implementation of the Olivette Parks Master Plan


13.

Appointment to Olivette Housing Authority Commission

The Council is asked to appoint Ellen Shapiro to the Olivette Housing Authority to complete the term vacated by Joyce Pettus-Davis.  A term to end July 31, 2023.

Discussion of Better Together Task Force Report

It is anticipated that the Council will continue discussion of the Better Together Task Force Report

Hearing from Citizens (Part 2)

Review and Approve of Minutes

The Council is asked to approve minutes from the meetings on January 22, 2019 and February 5, 2019.
