Bill #2888 would authorize Olivette Center to utilize 20% of its gross leaseable area as non-drive through food services. The primary center has 71,391 sf. for leaseable space. With the Special Permit authorization, the center would be permitted to allow 14,278 sf. of leasable area for certain food related services.
