BIll #2886 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF OLIVETTE TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH ST LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI FOR VECTOR CONTROL SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF OLIVETTE TO ENTER INTO ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY A CONTRACT WITH ST LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI FOR VECTOR CONTROL SERVICES

Contract approval with St. Louis County to perform vector control services in Olivette.

Bill #2887 - An ordinance to amend Section 400.020 Definitions, being part of Article II Definitions of Chapter 400 Zoning Regulations of Title IV Land Use of the Olivette Municipal Code, adopting a definition for medical marijuana dispensary. First Reading.

Bill #2887 will amend the City's Zoning Regulations as it relates to medical marijuana dispensaries.

Bill #2888 - An Ordinance to authorize a Special Permit to permit 20% of the gross floor area at Olivette Center, property grounds addressed primarily as 9606 Olive Boulevard, to be used for non-drive through food services. First Reading.

Bill #2888 would authorize Olivette Center to utilize 20% of its gross leaseable area as non-drive through food services.  The primary center has 71,391 sf. for leaseable space.  With the Special Permit authorization, the center would be permitted to allow 14,278 sf. of leasable area for certain food related services.

Bill #2889 An Ordinance Amending the Olivette Municipal Code by Enacting a New Article Regulating Smoking in Public Places and by Repealing an Existing Article Related to Smoking Within City Buildings and Vehicle

The Council is asked to hold first reading on a bill to regulate smoking in public places.

Old Bonhomme Road Resorative Seal

Consideration of Proposal for Restorative Pavement Seal on Old Bonhomme Road.
