Bill #2889 An Ordinance Amending The Olivette Municipal Code By Enacting A New Article Regulating Smoking In Public Places And By Repealing An Existing Article Related To Smoking Within City Buildings And Vehicles

The Council is asked to hold a second reading on an ordinance to ban smoking in outdoor dining areas.

Bill #2890 - An Ordinance of the City of Olivette Designating a Developer for 9473 Olive Blvd and Authoring the City to Enter into a Preliminary Funding Agreement with Said Developer

Bill #2891 - An ordinance amending the 2015 International Residential Code for One-and Two-Family Dwellings regarding Section R311.3.2 Floor Elevations for Other Exterior Doors. First Reading.

Bill #2891 would amend the adopted 2015 International Residential Code to authorize secondary egress doors an exemption of exiting onto a landing, so long as the exit is no higher than four risers and the egress door does not swing over a stairway.

The current Code requirement limits egress for secondary exit doors to no more than two risers.
