Olivette, Missouri Asks Residents to “Help 911 Find You Faster”

Starting in September 2018, residents, visitors and commuters in Olivette, Missouri are encouraged to call 911 from the free SirenGPS app. Calling 911 from the app in Olivette will help first responders find you faster.

When used to initiate a 911 call, SirenGPS delivers an accurate location, picture and emergency profile to 911, enabling a more efficient emergency response.

Download the free SirenGPS app on your smartphone, register and create an emergency profile. It is recommended that the app be placed on your phone’s home screen. Olivette will also use SirenGPS to send out emergency notifications, replacing our current Code Red system.  

If you don’t have a smartphone, you can register online to receive the notifications,  You can also visit the Olivette City Center for additional assistance.  

911 calls made within Olivette are answered by the East Central Dispatch Center (ECDC). ECDC is a comprehensive consolidated effort to serve the first responder communication needs of eight municipalities within St. Louis County: Brentwood, Clayton, Maplewood, Olivette, Richmond Heights, Rock Hill, Shrewsbury and Webster Groves.
