Keeley Development Group and Keat Properties discuss its I-170 Interchange Gateway District project this week in the St. Louis Business Journal.
In the latest St. Louis Business Journal, Keeley Development Group and Keat Properties discussed the I-170 Interchange Gateway District project. The City identified the 14-acre development area, at the corner of Olive Boulevard and Interstate 170, as one of the most underutilized areas along Olive and has envisioned it as a single, comprehensive development site since 1969.
The $75 million Gateway Plaza would feature more than 100,000 square feet of office space, a grocery store, a mix of retail, dining and entertainment options, and a 135-room, select service hotel.
Redevelopment plans align in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Olivette Strategic Plan: Dynamic Sense of Place and would truly create a Dynamic Sense of Place and proud gateway into the Community. There is potential for the project to connect to Great Rivers Greenways’ Centennial Greenway that reaches the Arch and Katy Trail. The connection of both projects would turn this section of Olivette into a live, work, and play environment.
Groundbreaking could begin as early as the fall of 2019.
