Make a local child's dream come true this holiday season! The Olivette Fire Department is collecting toys through early December in partnership with the Marine Toys for Tots Program.
ABOUT
Children are one of our nation’s most valuable resources. Today’s children are tomorrow’s leaders – civic, business, and social. Alarmingly, approximately 15 million American children live in poverty.
The primary mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Program is to collect new unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to less fortunate children during the holiday season. Local campaigns are conducted annually in over 800 communities covering all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
ACTIONS FOR TOYS FOR TOTS SUPPORTERS
- Bring new, unwrapped toys to the Olivette City Center (1140 Dielman Road) now through early December during regular business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- There will be boxes at the City Center, Olivette Diner, and RevoCup.
- Toys should not resemble any weapon (ie, gun, knife).
- Toys should not contain any perishable foods.
